A day explore Dujiangyan, Sichuan

Construction of the Dujiangyan irrigation system began in the 3rd century B.C. This system still controls the waters of Minjiang River and distributes it to the fertile farmland of the Chengdu plains. Mount Qingcheng was the birthplace of Taoism, whisk is celebrated in a series of ancient temples.

Start with a bad weather but it was nice to able to get away from the city to see something different.

Start with a bowl of spicy beef noodle soup before we start to kick off the day.

Getting to have some exercises for my legs ! Time for a little hike. Here is Taoism started.

It might be a raining day but it’s always pleasant to see something new. A town surrounded by beautiful mountains and fresh clean air.
