Simple and fresh

Have been in Cambodia for a month and the most exciting moment would be during lunch time following my colleagues to go to the local places to eat. The best way to know what they eat and what they like and then start learning Khmer cuisine, ask them if I can go to their home and learn from their mom or grandma. The true one cooking is always the mama in the house !

Lotchart – one of the best street food locals love it, fast and tasty

The second one it’s very Vietnamese as the locals told me and it’s very interesting to see the way they eat all by hand and I got a bit worried because we were out at the market but all I want is to try the food once except the insects.

It’s hard not to love Cambodia with the rich history and warm and friendly people.
