Spanish lomo

  
Most of people know iberico jamon, chorizo, blood sausage but lomo is hardly known outside of Spain. 

Lomo is cured pork tenderloin and no fat compare to jamon or other types of cured meat and it’s amazing ! 

It goes really well with manchego cheese. membrillo ( quince jam) and a glass of Spanish wine. Life is really good ! 

Just keep that in mind whatever you choose iberico the price usually double double of the regular ones but it’s soooooo good. 

So next time when you visit Spain make sure you try some lomo !!
