It was a busy Saturday. Spend morning food shopping and getting things ready for dinner for friends are coming at 6.
What I enjoyed the most was cooking with the music on and always know what will come out at the end!
Today’s menu : roasted pork knuckle, steamed mussels with tomato and herbs, artisanal breads, cheese, fig with mesclun salad and citrus hazelnut dressing, grilled baby corn, mixed vegetables, 3 colors of tomato wit balsamic reduction, truffle risotto but already gone like a wind after its out!
The best reward to me was everyone love the food and finished it.
